The chief of the European Union delegation to Serbia, Emanuele Giaufret, has said today that it is important and encouraging that the meeting will soon be held between Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq in Brussels, where the European proposal will be discussed.
“All European Union leaders (BE) have sent a very strong message in recent days that this is an historic opportunity and that is why we have great expectations that we can progress in the normalisation process and expect the results of that meeting”, he said, Serbian media reported.
On February 27th in Brussels, European top diplomat Josep Borrell has invited Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, to the meeting.
“At the meeting will be discussed for the EU's proposal for normalisation of relations between Kosovo and Serbia”, it was said days ago in the EU meeting.
