Escobar says he informed Blinken that association has not yet been implemented

In an interview for The Pavlovic Today, Escobar has said that one of the topics Blinken informs him of is the failure to implement the Association Agreement of Serb-run municipalities.

Asked what the “constructive commitment” means, which Blinken used after talking to Serbian President Aleksandar Vucicinqi, Escobar offered his clarification as US Department official.

“They are willing to consider any point of agreement. They are willing to start immediately implementing and negotiating annexes, accompanying annexes. So this is really constructive”, Escobar explained.
