US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State and Special Envoy for the Western Balkans Gabriel Escobar has spoken of the influence of the Franco-German plan for regional stability.
Escobar in an interview for the Montenegrin agency MinaNews, said normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia remains key to regional and European stability.
