US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State and Special Envoy for the Western Balkans Gabriel Escobar has spoken of the influence of the Franco-German plan for regional stability.
Escobar in an interview for the Montenegrin agency MinaNews, said normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia remains key to regional and European stability.

He added that normalising relations would open the doors for the political and economic integration of Kosovo and Serbia into Europe and contribute to greater stability and prosperity throughout the Western Balkans.
