Do you see the elections as a referendum for association: Kurt answers with the old fort

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, during a media conference, was asked whether he views the elections as a referendum on Association.

The country's first replied that during 2022 there were elections within Vetevendosje and a year ago, even parliamentary and local elections, so according to him, Serbia can decide on Kosovo.

Kurti said an ethnic association is not possible in a multiethnic Kosovo, as, according to him, when Kosovo declared independence it was not named an Albanian country.

A one-ethnic association is not possible in a multiethnic Kosovo. When we declared independence 15 years ago, they said that although Kosovo, with over 90 per cent of Albanians, is named Albanian”, the prime minister said.
