Former Prime Minister Haradinaj in a social networking post has proposed to the Government of Kosovo for sharing an emergency fund for Turkey.
“was deeply affected by the tragic events following the powerful earthquake that struck Turkey today. Our thoughts are with the families of the victims and the wounded. In these difficult circumstances for the people of Turkey, we pray that this situation will pass with as few victims as possible and with less damage”.
“proposes to the Government of Kosovo the division of an emergency fund for providing needed humanitarian aid and providing assistance to operational units from KSF”, Haradinaj wrote.
At least 284 people were killed and another 2,323 injured in the 10 provinces after a strong earthquake struck southern Turkey Monday morning.
