Hajrula Ceku's ministry will promote culture through public Radio Television, as marketing agency, paying the public broadcaster 750 thousand euros for three years. So has Time reported today, also publishing the Memorandum of Co-operation between the Ministry of Culture and RTK.
Minister Hajrula Ceku, had complained a few months ago, that events are not being revealed by the media. He even expressed surprise about why this is happening.
However, the minister has decided not to be surprised indefinitely.
I'm going to do this job, through RTK, turning this last one into some kind of marketing agency and paying it to promote the public broadcaster, nothing less than 750 thousand euros for three years.
“This one has formalised on February 9th, when Minister Ceku himself has signed a memorandum of co-operation with RTK Board Chairman Besnik Boletini. With seven and a half lines of media communiqué, the signing of the Memorandum was made known, without the details of the content being specified”, writes Time.
