Otherwise, the Law on Salaries in the Public Sector has been put to the polls and approved by MPs without knowing the value of the cofficiency and even decreed as such by the president.

From the Kosovo Judiciary Council, they have warned that the Law will end in the Constitutional Court, if their salaries are reduced.

Even from the Democratic Party of Kosovo, they have warned that they will send this Law to the Constitutional, namely, to the job of the cofficient.

Who will be paid the most?

Salaries of workers in Kosovo are estimated to multiply a position's pay cofficiency with the currency's monetary value.

With the Law on Salaries, it is envisioned for Kosovo's president to have the largest salary in the country, with a cofficient 18. Following that is Constitutional Court Chairman 17.5.

The prime minister's salary is meant to have the same cofficiency as that of the Speaker of the Parliament, the Chairman of the Supreme Court and the head prosecutor of state, with a conference of 17.

Chief and Deputy Chief of Staff at the Presidency will have the Koeficent 13. Chief of Staff at the Prime Minister's Office and the Kosovo Assembly with a 12.5 co-ficiency. Political consultants with cofficiency over 10.

The KSF commander's position is money to be paid with co-efficatives 15, while Kosovo Police Director 15.5 will hold the position of the Kosovo Police Director.

The general director of Dogana is expected to have 14.5. While in the Kosovo Corresponding Service, the leader of the pavilion is looking forward to having the 7.3 cofficient.

The reactor will have the cofficiency of 14.2, dean 12.8 and regular professor 12.4. High School director 6.4 and teacher at the 5.8 High School. Educator in Low and elementary school 5.6, Teacher at 5.2 and educators 5.

The head of the capital will have the coeficator 15, while the mayors will have the coeficent based on the number of residents in the municipality. For example, the municipality that has over 100,000 inhabitants, its chairman will have the Koeficent 13.

The salary law was passed once in February 2019. But, a month before its implementation began in January 2020, the institution of the Ombudsman had sent it to the Constitutional Court for, as it had said, “the assessment of its compliance” with the Constitution of Kosovo.
