(3 years ago)Montenegro's President Milo Djukanovic has declared that Kosovo and Serbia have no choice until agreement through the Franco-German plan. According to him, all other ideas -- “like maintaining a frozen conflict -- are actually a function of the doctrine of destruction against Europe and the Western Balkans as a European region”. [...]

He added that the agreement is the only way ahead for Kosovo and Serbia.
“E knows that in the coming days, discussions will continue in Brussels on the accompanying document, the implementation plan. I hope there will also be an agreement on this”, he told DW, while adding that he hopes the parties will reach agreement.
