Brazilian footballer is staying in prison in Barcelona awaiting his decision as he is being accused of rape.
The incident occurred at a nightclub in Barcelona on December 30th, while Alves surrendered to police a few weeks later.
Alves changed his statements several times about his actions, by which he committed treachery against his wife, Joanna Sanz.
The Spanish model has then removed Alves from the Instagram.
According to Spanish media “AS” and “Sport”, she wanted to see her husband in prison to ask him for a divorce.
But the acting Brazilian representative is refusing to meet his wife.
Lawyer Cristobal Martorelli is doing his best to get his client, Alves, out of prison, who is in danger of being sentenced to several years for raping a woman.
Marshal has denied the couple's divorce, at least for now.
