He said that in the US <x0mosphere and attitude towards Serbia have changed much over the past years” and said that without good relations with the American state it is not possible to reach a solution to the Kosovo issue.
“Today it is seen that there is much more understanding of Serbia's position, of Serbia's problems and vision. It can be said that we can build the foundations for a strategic partnership”, Dacic said on Pink TV.
He added that this is important because “is impossible to think about the way and the possibility of reaching a political solution without such relations with the US”.
For the alleged change of the American and European position, Dacic tried to put Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq on, saying he was responsible.
