He stressed that Serbia still believes full EU membership is attainable.
Those statements, Serbia's foreign minister, made a few days before the meeting in Brussels between Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq.
Kurti and Vuciq will meet on 27 February at the European helm within the Kosovo dialogue process- Serbia, where they are expected to talk about the European plan.
