The FOL Movement has been monitoring this plan for this period of 15 prime minister's ministries and Office, which has calculated that the Prime Minister's Office of 255 initial activities within the framework of the Government's Strategic and Operational Plan has realised 131 activities, yet 94 has not realised it at all.
Foreign Affairs and Diaspora ministers, on the other hand, have envisioned 118 activities under the Government's Strategic and Operational Plan, but have offered no answer to how many of these activities were conducted for 2022.
Meddime Demolli- Niman from the FOL Movement said the Office of the Prime Minister of Kosovo, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Industry, Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Management and Powers, the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Communities and Kthim have planned long-term activities, which began in 2022 and their implementation will continue in the years ahead.
“From the 2 thousand 937 activities ahead for this period of time have been realised 1 thousand and 808 activities, or expressed in percentage about 48 percent, and a thousand and 129 previous events for this period have not been realised, or 52 percent of the Government's Strategic Operational Plan has not been realised. The prime minister's office for the January period -- December -- has seen it implement 255 activities, these extending to about 78 targets. Of 255 events, 131 has been realised, while 94 has failed to realise”, Demolli-Nani stressed, kp reports.
According to the FOL these activities are envisioned within 38 objectives: 15 targets have been realised 100 %, 8 objectives have been realised from 50 % to 99, 7 targets have been realised from 1 to 50 %, 8 targets ahead of 2022 have not begun to realise.
Demolli-Naman has said that the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers from the 201 previous activities under the Government's Strategic and Operational Plan has already realised 101 activities, while 100 failed.
The Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers, which has preceded 201 activities, already realised 101 activities and another 100 did not. These activities are envisioned in the framework of 27 targets, which have been accomplished 100 percent, 10 objectives from 50 to 99 percent, and another 10 objectives have been accomplished by up to 50 percent and 19 goals ahead of 2022 have not been achieved at all”, she stressed.
Based on the FOL report, the Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure from 486 previously envisioned activities within the framework of the Government's Strategic and Operational Plan has already realised 255 activities.
Likewise, the Ministry of Economy and the 236 previous activities under the Government's Strategic and Operational Plan have already realised 170 activities, while 66 failed.
While, the Ministry of Internal Affairs from 416 activities ahead under the Government's Strategic and Operational Plan has implemented 264 activities, meanwhile, 152 failed. / KP/
