To compile the list of better and worse states according to this criterion, they analyzed a number of factors, including legal limits of blood alcohol, street quality, road safety status in social media and the number of deaths on the street.
According to the list of 50 countries, the world's safest drivers are in Japan. The blood alcohol limit is quite low, 0.03 g/dl, similar to Chile and Czech, and social networking is more positive when it comes to driving (33.4 percent).
Eight of the 10 safest countries are in Europe, and the Netherlands is the best in European countries, in second place in the world.

The Netherlands also has the second highest quality of roads, immediately after Singapore, and has one of the world's lowest levels of traffic deaths for 100,000 people.
Thailand, on the other hand, has been named the world's worst drivers, with the largest number of traffic deaths, 32 per 100,000. Peru is the location of the previous, with the fourth worst level of road quality.
