The new wage law in Kosovo will take effect on 4 February of this year.
Salaries of workers in Kosovo are estimated to multiply a position's pay cofficiency with the currency's monetary value. The cofficiency report is from one to 18.
The new cofficiency affects more than 800,000 public sector workers. To calculate wages, it needs to multiply the value of the cofficient with the coeficient. The result is gross pay.
For example, a primary and lower secondary school teacher has 5.6 cofficients.
Calculator: 5.6 (computer) x 105 (conservative value) = 588 euros gross wages
Accounting from gross wages to net:
588 Euros ] (contributions 10 percent 58.80 euros) = 558.60 euros (taxed)

The CoEfficient 15 has the commander of the Kosovo Security Force, while 14.5 have the General Director of Police and Customs.
The director of the Kosovo Tax Administration has the cofficiency 14.
With similar cofficients is the director of KSKUK, while the special doctor has the preficiency 12, doctor in specialization 8, general physician, dentist and pharmacist have 7.4.
While nurses, depending on the level, have the cofficient of 5.1 to 5.6.
The high school teacher has a 5.8 cofficiency that means the salary is 609 euros. While the teacher in lower and elementary school has a 5.6 coheficient that stands at 588 euros.
The law, adopted in December last year, has not included the value of the coefytor, which sets a ceiling to where a state employee can be paid. It was determined today by the Government of Kosovo. /Periscopi/
