Citaku has criticised Kurti for lack of transparency, while saying he is going to Brussels without formally presenting the Franco-German proposal to political representatives.
“We as the opposition are minimally informed about the contents of the agreement because of what we have seen a few months ago, in a one-page document given to the PDK chairman to read, that text has been a ceasefire, rather than a political declaration, rather than a final agreement which at the centre has mutual recognition”, the PDK vice president said in an interview in RTV21.

According to her, the Franco-German proposal is just a political statement through which the parties pledge to continue dialogue.
