The European top diplomat, Josep Borrell, has met with Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, in the margins of the Munich Conference, with which he has discussed the need to advance in the EU proposal for normalising relations with Kosovo and the importance of harmonising Joint Foreign Policy and European Union Security.
The two “are key to Serbia's EU path”, Borrell wrote on Twitter.
Met with @predeednikers ask at runtime #MSC23 to avoid, head of the High Level Dialogue I am managing on 27 Febright, the need to advance on the EU Proposal on normalisation of relations with Kosovo and the import of CFSP engagement.
