Albanian exiles in Germany have protested Saturday the founding of the Serb majority municipalities.
The protest is organised by activists from the associations of the countrymen, while it has also been supported by the centre of the Vetevendosje Movement in Germany.
“No association” of “No ethnic divide”, were some of the protest banners in Berlin.
“We, the Albanian exiles in Germany, have gathered to voice against Serbia's aggression towards Kosovo. It is becoming increasingly clear that Serbia in co-operation with Russia is aimed at destabilizing the Balkans. Serbs living in Kosovo are systematically being misused by Belgrade to make the state of Kosovo dysfunctional. The Belgrade-controlled Serbian gangs control our fellow citizens in the north by violently threatening”, one of the protesters has said.
She has also said that by supporting Serbia's bid, internationals are supporting partition on Kosovo's ethnic bases.
We protested today against Bundestag in Berlin. Germany as an ally and friend of Albanians this time again must stand up to justice and not allow the partition of Kosovo! ”Zajednica” does not pass!”, one of the protest participants wrote on Facebook.
