Berisha: 5581 materials were closed only during 2022

During the only year we left behind in the Kosovo Security Bureau (BKS) has managed to close down nothing short of 5581 financially worth over 9.5m euros. Finance Director at the Kosovo Security Bureau (BKS) Valon Berisha tells about “SIGURURATION” that thanks to hard work and great commitment, fine results have been achieved in handling and closing the materials presented for compensation at BKS.

Berisha further shows that on December 31, 2021, there were a total of 3,208 active substances. Further, throughout 2022, 4883 new materials have come to BKS. The “thanks to a dynamic and enormous commitment of management, but the staff during 2022 has managed to shut down nothing less than 5581 financial value materials above 9.5m euros. The large number of closed materials testify to the hard work we left behind since”, says director Berisha.

It further suggests that by the end of the year we left behind unresolved, 2509 materials have remained, which date back to 2002 until 2020. The dynamic of work has changed completely. Now it's a much higher dynamic. As the new director arrives, the number of rags that have gone to Court are almost zero. We are doing everything we can to get almost all the materials to come for compensation to the BKS to close by agreement, rather than judicial procedures” the director Berisha has said further.
