The Barcelona court has left Brazilian Dani Alves in prison, following an appeal his lawyer made to change the provision of parole security.
The right-wing defender will have to remain in custody as investigations against him continue. Danny Alves has been charged with sexual abuse.
The event is claimed to have occurred on December 30th at a nightclub in Barcelona. Various statements on the matter have also appeared during this period.
Alves' last claim was that the girl herself was on him. Brazilians in this case are at great risk, as they may be sentenced to between 4 and 12 years in prison.
