AP: President popular charged with being traitor by opposition in parliament

The American agency Associated Press (AP) has reported on Serbia's special Assembly session for Kosovo, saying the country's popular president, Aleksandar Vuciq, faced hostility from the opposition, which accused him of betraying the country. The session has had many tensions and incentives, as well as mutual accusations with [...]
There has been much tension and push at the session, as well as mutual shouting charges between representatives of Vuciqi's ruling party and opposition deputies, the AP reports.
Opposition deputies have cheered “Tradti, treason” and “Kosovan will not give up” and demanded Vuciqi's resignation, which fought back shouting and accusing them of being “hyna and traitor”, broadcast Paparaci.
The agency also reports that Vuciq during the chaotic session in parliament warned that Serbia could become the “European endover” if it refuses the Western plan for normalising relations with Kosovo.
Vuciq has said the plan, which has not been officially published, provides that Serbia does not object to Kosovo's entry into international organisations, including the United Nations, even though it will not have to officially recognise Kosovo's citizenship, the AP reports.
The agency also stated that the Western plan for Kosovo was described by MPs in the hard line of the pro-Russian opposition as an ultimatum, with claims that it means Serbia must recognise Kosovo's independence in order to join the European Union.
