Alb-Architct perfected efficient design for Tirana's Public Health Institute

The rehabilitation of the Public Health Institute in Tirana by Alb-Architct under the “Option of Professional Consultation Services for Design, for the COVID-19<x1) Emergency Project in Albania.

The building of the Institute of Public Health was built about 50 years ago in Tirana and was planned based on laboratory procedures and technology at the time.

Alb-Architec has offered a fully efficient design for the Public Health Institute by improving the existing situation and reaching a high level of function and aesthetic view of the building.

The detailed design offers various improvements in the sense of easier communication between different departments within the administrative building, adding needed elements such as elevators, emergency steps, external platforms, necessary mechanical and electrical installations, water supply and channeling installations, and other improvements to provide a contemporary office building.

With the rehabilitation of the existing building, a link has been established between internal function and outer facade, creating an architectural composition with excellent performance by maintaining the existing structure of the building.

The facade design creates a very attractive view of the outside environment and plays an important function in the image of the Public Health Institute as a very important institution in the country.
