Former activist injured in protest in 2007 disappointed: The VV has changed radically, there is extreme nepotism

Naim Ramisi, former Vetevendosje Movement activist injured in the February 10th protest of 2007, has related experiences from the day two Vetevendosje activists were killed. He has said that the Vetevendosje Movement has radically changed from what has been as an organisation, reports Online Economy. Ramisi who has been wounded [...]
Ramisi, who has been wounded at the time, has said that in addition to declaring Independence, few have since changed for the good of Kosovo.
It has also mentioned international demands for the establishment of association.
“It's been 16 years since then, and I'm thinking that besides declaring Independence few things have moved in a positive sense towards the statehood of Kosovo. Today after so many years, we are facing international pressure to establish the Association, which in my opinion is a cancer trying to install within the state of Kosovo”, he said, while mentioning Kurt's words as in the opposition.
There are changes, but then we thought that with Serbia it should not be negotiated under a Kosovo political status situation. With Serbia we can discuss technical issues as the state can discuss with one state. But this has changed, today's prime minister before coming to power has promised that he has been able to develop dialogue with the local Serbs and that we have finally seen something else. Of all that has not changed so far is the attitude towards Association, and I had wanted Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti to be composed of”, Ramisi said.
According to Ramiz, the 2007 Vetevendosje Movement by today has substantial differences. He says the VV is no different from the parties that have governed the country.
“Vetevendosje represents nothing from then on, has changed dramatically, essentially, it represents nothing of what was then. The VV today is a party that does not distinguish even a few from the parties that have run with Kosovo earlier. We are daily witnesses to the particular nepotism that is occurring in Kosovo institutions. He is an arbitrator of the usurpation and the deployment of militants to key leadership positions without a criterion of”, he said in the end.
