Abazovic for the border incident: There's another side of the coin.

Montenegro's technical mandate prime minister, Dritan Abazovic, said the videos, in which several Montenegrin police officers are watched, mistreating a foreign citizen on the border with Albania, have seen them since January 15th, since even “measures have been taken.” He said those who exceed the powers [...]
He said those who exceed their competencies should be adequately punished.
But, he added, “has another side of the medal”, since, as he said, in the video, it is not seen that police actions have preceded a breach in communications.
It's not like someone's targeted someone and just pulled them out of the car. Someone must have committed a violation. The rules of communication and ranks” are not respected, Abazovic said.
In videos that were distributed on various social platforms on 21 February, it appears that the event occurred at the Sukobin border point, connecting Montenegro and Albania.

According to the footage, a policeman drives the foreign citizen out of his car, who does not resist and be mistreated.
Montenegrin police said the images of the “mishandling of an Albanian citizen”, published on February 21st, refer to a January 15th event at the Sukobin border point.
Police said they are investigating their employees about the incident.
The Albanian Party in Montenegro, the Albanian Alternative, said it is about Albanian national Petraq Milo, university professor and former adviser to Albania's prime minister for public finances and monetary policy.
Abazovic said that the distribution of videos at this time relates to the presidential election in Montenegro, expected to be held next month.
As we approach March 19th, you expect much more videos, X-rays, nationalism, tensions, a bad atmosphere in relation to Bosniaks, Albanians, minorities”, Abazovic said.
The incident sparked violent reactions in Montenegro, especially from Albanian parties.
The leader of the Islamic Community in Montenegro reacted Wednesday, asking whether he should be ashamed to have a Montenegrin passport.
