Green light from the simple majority of MPs received in October last year.
Except for the vote against the Parliament, the Law on Government, the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo will also contest it at the Constitutional Court, as according to this party contains legal violations.
Faithful Tahiri, the head of the AAK Parliamentary Group, who took this initiative, adds that one step was passed until it is optimistic that the second will be achieved, collecting 30 signatures of opposition MPs.
The criticism of drafting this law also includes civil society that requires the avoidance of markets with future executive dictatorships. But AVONET has noted yet another discutatic point, so that the minister can lead the Government Meeting.
Such a bill was part of legislative agendas since 2008 and was approved several times in the government, but has never received the final approval of the Kosovo Assembly.
