The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) has started the process of sending the Law for Government to the Constitutional Court, which was approved in the Kosovo Assembly in October last year.
AAK Parliamentary Group chief Besnik Tahiri has said the process has two deadlines. According to Tahiri, the first deadline of 10 signatures has passed, and now it is the second term of 30 signatures.
“is not the right of the deputy minister to sign. The deputy minister is not voted in the Assembly, therefore there is no general signing of contracts. It's two deadlines. The first deadline has been with 10 signatures, which have been exceeded, now needs 30 signatures of the entire opposition to sign”, Tahiri has said of Klan Kosovo.
