Only 28 percent of employees in public institutions in the Valley are Albanians

Only 28 percent of those employed in the Presevo Valley public institutions are Albanians, or of the 5 thousand and 472 employed are 1,000 and 542 members of the Albanian community.

This data has resulted from research “Fact in numbers” of the Albanian National Council, the incumbent chairman of this Council, Ragmi Mustaf, has announced.

In a Facebook post, he wrote that Presevo Valley is the region with the average salary of about three times lower than Belgrade.

“Set up the most underdeveloped and poor with unemployment over 60%, the Albanian community suffers from under-representation, non-integration and discrimination in the absence of political will. The centralisation of institutions with an albanophobia discurs has detensed the Valley, and agravitts”.

“Today we have fewer court courts in the Valley than we had a decade ago. More (as) less prosecutor, less police, less (less) firefighters, less (less) Republican inspectors and many institutions have no Albanian involved (cadastre, etc).”, Mustafi has said.

Otherwise, in the institutions and public enterprises of the Medvedja municipality, 6 per cent Albanian work, or out of 538 employed 32 are Albanians.

In the Presevo municipality of institutions and public enterprises work 66 percent, or out of a thousand and 205 employed, there are 801 Albanians, according to research justly in numerals of the Albanian National Council”, Mustafi has finished.
