Meanwhile, the number of injured in both countries is 80,768.
In Turkey alone, as a result of the quake, 18,991 people have died and 75,523 have been injured, Turkey's president, Recep Tayip Erdogan, has declared.
Meanwhile, 2,037 have died in Syria and 2,950 have been injured.
