The Energy Regulatory Office has called on consumers to contact supplier (KESCO) if they have concerns on their bills.
The ZERE in an answer to Klan Kosova, has said they have not yet accepted consumer complaints about this month's fate.
“The ZERE, encourages all consumers to contact the supplier (KESCO), if they have concerns or notice irregularities in their bills.
