Political analyst Wisar Ymeri has made an assessment of the year 2023 concerning dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.
Starting according to him, from a “institutional existing stance” developments in the dialogue have ended with a precise prime minister for signing the agreement between the two countries.
Ymer has said it is important to assess the two political thinkers that have dominated Kosovo politics, especially in terms of the northern issue.
It's interesting to see how we started the year in relation to dialogue in the sense of institutional attitudes and how we're done. So from an institutional resistance stance, that this is done, that I don't admit, the north is a matter of organised crime and so on. We have ended up in a row of our prime minister for signing the” agreement, he declared at Debat Plus.
He has cited dyvergences in dealing with the issue of the north, comparing an approach that focuses on organised crimes and an approach aimed at resolving through agreements, as Prime Minister Kurti has done in his view.
“means now in this direction those two minds that have been for those present over time that not only now but also earlier in Kosovo's policy should be valued for life even years. It means which of these political thinking, whether it's transformed into institutional policy or not, turns out to be more stable in the sense of our behavior and the effects we've achieved next. It means whether we've had more effect on the north as a matter of organised crime that we solve only with police, or handle the north through the deal, as did Mr. Kurti at the end of”, has declared Ymer at Debat Plus.
