Political analyst Wisar Ymer, as he spoke about the events of the year we are leaving behind in Kosovo, has stressed Prime Minister Albin Kurti's speech in the Assembly and the challenges to appointing the chief state prosecutor.
Ymer has stressed that for the former chief executive of the Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK), Nagip Krasniqi, much has been discussed for him and his arrest, but has remembered that no political trial has been made against the prime minister for his speech to the Parliament against prosecutors with names other than names.
For [KEK chief executive chief Nagip Krasniqi] we have talked a lot about him and his arrest. But who makes the prime minister's political judgment for his speech in the Parliament against prosecutors with proper names, because for this there is no court. Mr. Kurti is not on trial today about what he talked about, for example, in defense of Mr. Krasniqi in the Parliament and the Prosecutor's Council, and was mostly dealing with Mr. Isufaj”, he said.
He has expressed doubts about the procedures and decisions of the president in his failure to buy Isufaj to chief prosecutor, making Prime Minister Kurti's speech more suspicious.
Remember what he said? I like him, so he likes the president, and he doesn't like the President, nor the chief parliament, so that he becomes the chief prosecutor, slowly because he doesn't like you three, the chief prosecutor has a highly formal procedure designed by law on how he is elected, and that makes him more suspicious of the prosecution and the president's decision not to testify to Blerim Isufaj for chief state prosecutor. The prime minister had taken over speaking of president and Speaker of the Assembly”, Ymer has declared further.
