Next week all witnesses at the Special Court in The Hague will testify without protection.

Media spokesman Christopher Bennett told the Reporter that the first witness next week will be Sadik Halitijaha.

The witnesses of next week will all testify without protection. Therefore, procedures must be mostly public. The first witness is also the last witness (Sadik Halitijaha), who will complete his testimony. The other two evidence will also be of interest”, Bennett said.

Halitijaha has testified at The Hague on 16 November.

Lawyers Emmerson and Venkateswari asked the witness about the command structures and organograms in the Kosovo Liberation Army.

Prosecutor James Pace, on additional questions to witness Halitijaha, presented a new document, which was rejected by Thaci's defense side, but that rejection was not approved by the court.

According to prosecutor Pace, this document concerns a KLA General Staff decision on mobilizing and gathering different vehicles for military needs.

Regarding this document, witness Halitijaha said this decision was not implemented because it was signed by non-competents.

Although the testimony of this witness was foretold to be completed today, it did not happen because there was not enough time for the prosecutor's additional questions, and for the final questions of the court and the defenders of the victims, but also the additional safeguards, so the testimony of witness Halitayha will continue even at the December 4th session.

Currently, the trial is under way in The Hague against former Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, former Prime Ministers Kadri Veselin and Jakup Krasniqi, and former delegation Rexhep Selimi.
