Volljaka murder in Kline: The injured man relates the moment when the six accused attacked his brother to death

The injured Albert Hoxha, at Tuesday's session, has confessed how he and his two brothers were attacked by honourants, Basri, Agron, Ardit, Bahri and Star Gashi, where his younger brother, now the late F.H., had died.

The injured Hoxha in the witness's quality confessed on the critical day how they had planned with families to dine together on the big night of Ramadan, reports “Justice Vow”.

After that dinner, going out he said he stopped at the bathroom while his brother Mahmut and now the late F. They had continued out with other family members.

At his stop he said he had begun to hear some noise and continued to come out immediately, from the back of the restaurant, going towards the direction of his brothers and then heard a male voice saying “kill, or kill”.

There he said that there were over three persons who, according to him, hit his two brothers with strong tools, such as shovels, chains, sticks, and other things.

I picked up one of the attackers at that point and I helped Brother Mahmut “I got shot at”, and at that moment I felt a different “o kill him, or kill this”, Hoxha said.

He said that at all times a voice from the left was coming to him saying “let him kill these”, which he said had come from the people there, attacking, firing at him.

I've heard a shot, and then there's a shot, and I don't know how long I've been shot again and I've got a voice saying, "I'm doing it," and I can't help it unless the brothers have hit the wall, they've been over three, they hit me with a shovel in a chain, they've hit me in the body, leaf-brow”, said the injured Albert Hoxha.

After all those hits, he said he heard one or two shots and saying “o, go away that he blocked all of us”, but according to him, they still hadn't stopped by hitting the injured Albert.

I know at that moment that someone approached me or stopped the attack, I know a man... in black hair and in a very long week, stopped him and told him you didn't need to stop the attack, the person who tried to stop the attack was the owner's brother, said the witness.

According to him, the person who had been striking and saying so was accused Basri Gashi.

The witness then said he went looking for his brothers.

I found my brother at the restaurant entrance a little farther away, I'm going straight towards Brother Fazlis, but at that moment I've had a “voice again, and we've got you killed by tons”. And I've been able to tell you that they're starting to close the doors of the car, and directly it's coming up to me and Fazlis to hit us with the car, but it's so tight with as much force as I had”, Hoxha confessed.

His late brother's condition said it was miserable.

The injured Hoxha, he said he too had suffered many injuries, such as headaches, tears of eyebrows and toes.

The hearing then continued with the hearing of one of the restaurant waiters, witness Elbasan Berisha, who said he does not know the accused, while said Mahmut Hodza knows him as a guest at his establishment.

On the critical night of the Iftar dinner, he said he had served the Hoxha family.

Witness Berisha said that he had heard nothing at first, until a child had gone inside the bar shouting and asking for help.

He said when he got out of the restaurant door, he saw them fight.

I saw but we were so stressed that I couldn't remember. We've seen one down on the other side, Mahmut has been wounded, we've heard gunshots, but I'm not sure how many shots have been, said witness Hoxha.

He said he'd been sharing, but he said that at that point he could catch one of the shovels too.

Another said they had notified the police immediately but they were too late, while they tried to help the injured, while added that their brother F was dead.

Witness Berisha said he did not know that the accused Gashi were waiting outside for the Hoxha brothers.

There's a one with a bag of beans behind the shovel in his hand, attacking Mahmut. I wanted to stop him from falling, but I don't know who pushed me, there's probably someone from Gashi's family. The outcome has come too soon, they have fled too quickly”, said witness Berisha.

During this session, witness Ismet Berisha, owner of the restaurant “Villa Park” was scheduled to be heard, but due to the completion of regular schedule, the same was postponed for January 2024.

The Basic Prosecutor's Act in Pec, upgraded on February 3, 2023, charges the six accused: We honor Gashi, Basri Gashi, Agron Gashi, Ardit Gashi, Bahri Gashi, for “grave murder”, “Heavy attempted murder”, “Artiary without permission” and assistance in carrying out the criminal work “grave murder “ ”>

According to the indictment, the honourary defendants, Basri, Agron, Ardi and Bahri, on April 28, 2022, at around 20:30, in the village of Volljaca, the Cline municipality, in the parking lot of the restaurant “Villa Park”, prepared in advance and acting in co-ordination, with the aim of postscriptulous revenge, deprived of life victim F.H., endangering other people's lives. On the other hand, Star Gashi is accused of helping commit the murder, providing the weapon for the defendant's honour.
