The Constitutional Court has nullified parts of the Law for Salaries in the public sector.

The Constitutional says the ombudsman's complaint about the Law for Pay has been declared acceptable and found that some provisions of this law are contrary to the constitution.

Opposition political subjects have reacted immediately to this decision.

LDK deputy chief Arben Gashi through a Facebook response has said the Government is a continuing violator of the Constitution.

The Constitution is broken again. This power is weak, so it is the chronic violation power of law and Constitution”, Gashi has written.

“A weak power breaks the law and the Constitution unhindered. Only the weak suffer to play hard. Except the weak tend to violate everything; the vengeance of people and everything else”, has gone away from Gashi.

On the other hand, AAK MP Chief Besnik Tahiri says that the worthless <x0) laws of this government are in free decline.

The Law of the Salaries, the bullshit laws that fall at a free drop, and sometimes down by either side! The fall after the fall, failure after failure, by the rule of fraud and camouflage”, wrote Tahiri.

He has called on officials of this government to train” from former Constitutional members not to further violate the constitution.

The <x0) members of this government, large and small, need training by the former Constitutional Court Judges, by connoisseurs of the rule of law, as well as by connoisseurs of power sharing into a democratic state”.

“Where you're started, O prime minister, these are results of evil logic”, Tahiri has reacted, among other things.

Even Ehat Miftaraj from the Kosovo Institute for Justice has given a brief comment on the Constitutional Court's act on the Law on Salat in the Public Sector.

In a post on his Facebook account, while commenting on the electricity bills, about which many citizens are complaining, Miftaraj said even “The license for the salary went to years”.

When I look at the electricity bills on Facebook, I am impressed that most of Kosovo's people are Oligarch.

A leftist government has no friendly access to Oligarket

P.S. The law on wages went for years too!”, he wrote.

The Constitutional Court last night has published the indictment over the request of the ombudsman, who had submitted the Law for the Salaries in the Public Sector to the Constitution on the Constitution.

The Constitutional Court has rendered certain parts of the Law void for pay in the public sector, not infecting wages that have been raised based on this Law.

For this Law, the ombudsman had accepted 104 complaints by various subjects of the public sector.

In a Constitutional Court report, it was said that the ombudsman's complaint about the Law for Pay has been declared acceptable and found that some provisions of this law are contrary to the constitution.

According to the announcement, the Constitutional decision does not affect public officials' salaries.

The Constitutional Court orders the Kosovo Parliament that within 6 months of entering into force of the Convention “take the necessary actions to fulfil and change Article 2 (Inaction) and paragraph 6 of Article 6 (Basing) of the Conflicted Law, in accordance with the Constitution and this Act”.

“Command the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, which within six months of entry into the power of the Act, to take the necessary action on fulfilling and changing paragraph 2 of Article 2 and paragraph 6 of Article 6 (Basically) of the conflicted Law, in accordance with the Constitution and this Act; (vii) until the completion and change of paragraph 2 of Article 2 (incircles) article 2, paragraph 3 of the 3 (FEVR), paragraph 2, November 22nd, August 5th, work conditions in the 28th, and the 28th paragraph, and the 28th paragraph of the work in the 28th paragraph, and the 28th article in the 28th article in the 17th. (Determination of equivalence) applies in accordance with the Constitution and this Act; and (ix) this Act comes into force on February 1, 2024”, the Constitutional Court says among other things.
