Ukraine backs Russian attacks with fears

Russia has conducted attacks with five fears in four Ukrainian regions on the morning of December 18th. However, according to Kiev, Ukrainian air defence has managed to repel the attacks.

The five drones have been knocked down by mobile air defence groups in the Mikoolive, Dnepropetrovski, Winnista and Helsitskit” regions, the Ukrainian Air Force said through a statement.

The Ukrainian Air Force did not elaborate whether victims or material damage were caused by the 18 December attacks.

Since the launch of Ukraine's untested Russian occupation last February, Moscow forces consistently attack Ukrainian regions using various weapons, including fears, rockets and antiaircraft missiles.

Despite numerous evidence, Moscow denies that it carried out air strikes on civilian targets in Ukraine. /rel
