This statement, recalled on the day Kurti Government left the Sqaheraj municipality without a cent in budgetary division for 2024.

Here's what Kurt said:

The Kosovo government has created the impression that it is helping and developing Drenica very much. But the Sqaheraj municipality is one of the poorest municipalities in Kosovo.

If that's how the Kosovo government's starting to start, I believe Skenderaj manages best without the help of the Kosovo government.

In post-war Kosovo, we had two kinds of privatisations, the privatisation of factories and land on one side, and the privatisation of municipalities and public enterprises on the other, each worse than the other.

Privatisation of agricultural land has made it a construction site for business pumps or motels, meanwhile, the privatisation of municipalities and public enterprises, a place for family employment.
