But to attend the session by the public gallery, there must be a preliminary recording.

The Court of Appeals panel has set the date for the pronunciation of the Appeal Act in the Specialised Prosecutor's case against Salih Mustaf, on December 14, 2023, at 09:30.
The session will be public and can be forwarded to Albanian, Serbian and English languages via the DHSK website (https://. scp-x.org/sq/transmitting) with a ten-minute delay, either from public gallery to court facilities. To attend the session by the public gallery, there must be a preliminary recording.
Also, journalists wishing to record the session from the media centre are praying to sign in advance.

Summary of the Charges
Theakuz charges Salih Mustafa on the basis of individual criminal responsibility and criminal responsibility as a superior to four counts of war crimes (an arbitrary detention, cruel treatment, torture and illegal murder) committed by several members of the KLA against persons detained at the detention complex in the village of Zlash, in Kosovo's Gollak region. Court History
Pre-emptive Procedure Judge confirmed the Act against Salih Mustaf on June 12, 2020. Mr. Mustafa was arrested and transferred to the detention unit of Kosovo's Specialised Chambers on 24 September 2020.
On May 7, 2021, the Judge of Preemptive Procedure passed the case file to the Judicial Chamber I. Judgment began on September 15, 2021. On February 4, 2022, the Special Prosecutor's Office closed its evidence presentation.
The Victims' Protection presented its evidence on March 21st. On May 26, 2022, defence closed its evidence. The closing statements were made in September 13th-15th, 2022.
The indictment was declared on December 16, 2022. The Judicial Chamber found the accused guilty of war crimes of arbitrary arrest, torture and unlawful murder and sentenced him to 26 years in prison. The Judicial Chamber announced Mr. Mustafa innocent of the cruel treatment crime.
The pronunciation of the order to undo the victims took place on April 6, 2023. The Judicial Chamber ordered Mr. Mustafa pay a total of 207,000 euros in compensation for the damage inflicted on crime victims.
On February 2, 2023, the defence submitted an appeal announcement against the Act. Next, the mayor appointed the panel of Court of Appeals made up of Judge Michele Picard, Kai Ambos and Nina Jorgensen. The appeals hearing was held on October 26, 2023.
