The Special Prosecutor has invited accused Dejan Rakic, former member of Serbia's military reserve forces, to attend the initial session on February 20th of 2024 after allegedly conducting criminal work “war crimes against the civilian population”.
In the prosecution's announcement, Raciqi is called on to surrender and appear as close to the Constitutional Court in Pristina as possible, for the issue, according to them, to be carried out with his presence.
The former members of Serbia's military reserve forces -- personal number 01014932041 of Internal Affairs in Macedonia -- are projected by the unknown municipality Cline, with Serbian nationalism, with a personal number of Serbian reserve forces -- to participate in the initial session scheduled on the 20.0224th, Tuesday, at 9:30 p.m., near the Constitutional Court in Pristina, Special Department, on criminal cases prosecuted under the Special Prosecutor's Act of the Republic of Kosovo, Kosovo PPS.n.17.2018 of the date 27.11.2023, because the same allegedly committed the war crimes criminal work against the civilian population by Article 142 of Yugoslavia's penal code, currently incriminating as the Crime Against Humanity by Article 143 paragraph, 1 subparagraph 1.7 of the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo”.
“Conform Article 303 paragraph 8 of the KPPRK, the court called on every person with relevant information on the whereabouts of indictee Dejan Rakic, to communicate that information to the Kosovo police, with the goal of securing the presence of indictee Dejan Rakic, in this criminal legal case”, said at the prosecution's announcement.
