SPAK submits paperwork to Albania's Parliament, calls for lifting freedom for former Prime Minister Berisha

Berisha is accused of corruption in connection with the privatisation of the former Partizan General, while the JKKO has confirmed to him security measures “presentation” and “stops to get out of the country”.
But Berisha did not appear in the SPAK, on the three specific dates to appear before SPAK judicial police officer Adelaida Metaj, in the implementation of the move.
The former prime minister's son-in-law is also charged with active corruption and money laundering, but is being investigated in house arrest.
