The SP votes between smoke and chaos changing the rules of the Parliament: Opposition MPs to be expelled for two months

The Socialists voted today by 74 votes for, the SP Group's proposal to amend the Parliament's regulation.
The current maximum sentence in the regulation was 10 days, while there will now be sentences ranging from 30 to 60 days.
Bills on the agenda were passed without debate and without any presentation by the ruling majority.
Change of Order
Article 1
Article 65/1 title reshapes: “Disciplinary Masses “exclusion from participation in commissions and/or at the plenary session” to 10 days, 30 days, or 60 days”.
Article 65/1 adds points 6, 7 and 8 with this content: “6. Disciplinary action“exemption from commission participation/in the plenary session” to 30 days” is given in cases: a) when the MP uses physical violence against other MPs, members of the Council of Ministers, student or Republika.b service workers when the MP through violent actions damages equipment and other logistics in the session/gathering room.
C) when the MP committed repeatedly within a parliamentary session the violations envisioned at point 1 of this article. ”
“7. Disciplinary action “Exceptions from participation in commissions/in plenary session “to 60 days
is given in cases:
a) when the MP uses pirotechnics, smokeers, paints and materials or other similar tools within the development room of the Assembly/gathering commission / within the Assembly environments;
B) when the MP commits actions / behaviors that constitute violations that are calculated as criminal offences, whether the violation is committed according to the Penal Code;
c) when the MP committed repeatedly within a parliamentary session the violations envisioned at point 6,”
The requirement for receiving the disciplinary measure, according to this article's 6th and 7 points, is presented in writing by no less than 7 deputies, and no later than 48 hours from the day of the events/cases.
During the period of application of the disciplinary measure envisioned at points 6 and 7 of this article, the MP is prohibited from carrying out and any other activity as a member of the Assembly.
Article 2
Article 65/2 points 1, 4 and 5 and reshape with this content:
1. “1. Disciplinary measures “include participation in commissions and/or the plenary session” given by the Secretariat for Procedures, Delays and Ethics. The Secretariat's meeting takes place within 48 hours of the demand deposit. ”
“5. The decision given on cases envisioned at point 1, letters “a” and b”, Article 6 and 7 of Article 65/1, is published on the official page of the Parliament. For cases predicted at point 1, letters “c”, Article 65/1 publication is done only with the approval of the person/victim of sexual harassment. ”
Article 3
Article 65/3 makes the following changes:
At point 4 after the word is put on hold, the “to the Intermediate Decision of the Office of the Parliament is added to the final decision”.
2. 5th point is abolished.
