Former fighter of The KLA, Dritan Dikj, has deposited criminal speculation at SPAK for Justice Minister Ulsi Manja, for abuse of office. Mostj claims Minister Manja has violated the law by demanding his extradition to The Hague tribunal, media reports in Albania.
According to him, Ulsi Manja in the minister's office not only accepts a letter of mail without the practice of extradition coming from the Ministry of Justice of Kosovo with the corresponding signing of its title, but despite his previous legal experience as State Prosecutor, accepts a request for extradition to the Netherlands, reportedly aware that the Albanian state has no extradition agreement with this Netherlands state.
Dritan Nojj has demanded that SPAK start investigating Minister Manja for the <x0 use of duty.
