According to categories, the air in Sarajevo is very dangerous, while the rest is unhealthy.
“Those suffering from heart and lung disease, pregnant women, children and the elderly should avoid any activity in the outside. All others should avoid long stays outside”, according to the Ecoakcija organisation, which collects air quality data in Bosnia and Herzegovina's cities.
Pristina ranks 19th, though in the morning hours it has been in 12th place.
This means that the air is unhealthy to sensitive groups.
Of the other countries in the region, Skopje is in eighth and Zagreb is 13th. / REL
