Former President Fatmir Sejdiu says he is worried as he sees the ongoing dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.

He, in an interview for Kosovalive.net, stressed that he would not accept the annex of implementing the Ohrid Agreement with the excuse that details inside it undermine the constitutional construction of the Republic of Kosovo.

But, according to him, neither Kosovo nor Serbia can win anything with the strategic game to buy time. Kosovo with the game strategy cannot win anything. One thing I say very clearly, not even Serbia can win, even though it has made continued instructions so far. For us it is important to find the moment of reaction and to continue with the real explosion of what is the fundamental framework of building Kosovo's state and judicial system”, the former President Sejdiu underlined.

But what else would former President Sejdiu do for dialogue?

The first “of the work will be the share of partnership and co-operation with the ongoing partners and are part of initiatives, such as the US and the EU. And the second question is in the part of internal mobilization in the sense of clarifying what is the essence that Kosovo should accept or not accept in the analysis of the formula that they did. But this cannot go without and after even a deep investigation of the international community's parallel stand, supporting Kosovo”, said Mr. Sejdiu is bringing into focus both the importance of transparency and dialogue among the political subjects themselves for handling dialogue as one of the most sensitive topics.

Would former President Sejdiu accept the draft association, the annex of implementation of the Ohrid Agreement?

I wouldn't take it. Because Kosovo's position should be based on accession. That should be known to the international community, I believe, because even in Vienna talks, this has been the goal of Serbia, that of the geographical alignment of Serbs, including Anamovo, has been rejected. The persistent reaction from one model to another allows space for other designs. I'm worried about what's going on because the country's constitutional reconstruction” must be maintained, former President Sejdiu, who recalled that even in Vienna's talks the Serbian side had the same goal.

According to him, what has been presented in public for the draft of the association statute is highly sensitive. “At those points Kosovo must have its care, specifically not to enter and fall prey to that idea of the silent creation of the government plains where the Serb community lives. It's about northern municipalities, with claims that they have further scope. Those three plains, whether we wanted to or not, were like a part of the interest but with another logic.

President Ahtisaari, who is now in the eternal world, has given his approach and has never later wanted to enter into comments. Its fundamental idea has been that those plains are more of an advisory but always subject to central power control, meaning Kosovo and that there can be no other power. And, here we have to, it's absolutely necessary that all the effects that such an approach can have and give the idea of the fundamental alternative in what Ahtisaari has offered, Mr. Sadie.

The second president of the Republic of Kosovo, even though he does not want to comment in detail on the draft of association, clearly says his grief over the effects he will have on the Kosovo constitutional system.
“It is a fatheric project, despite the fact that it is a document that has not been signed, regardless of whether it was signed or not, as has been the agreement of President Trump, but having effects, it is very important that fundamental principles that do not tange in Kosovo's constitutional definitions and in the definitions of what has been created in parallel as part of the general agreement in that spirit, which simply stems from the Ahtisaari project, give its opinion.

I think that's where it was supposed to be at the moment not to think about the guilt of one or the other. Rather, it is important what Kosovo can benefit from such a situation and be a highly, overly, diabolical but sharp, well studied and with an approach that would not reverse relations with those who contribute. It is dangerous to comment without carefully and simply studying the authentic text. But if this matches those that are before the opinion in a different form or form and create the third level, it's dangerous, it's absolutely dangerous, so Mr. Sadie.

The Ohrid Agreement could shake the foundations of February 17th and the JND's decision?

These are references. I can't ask tomorrow for the Constitution to collapse. What I have read on these issues, there are issues that need to be discussed or re-disputed. It's a kind of alarm calling for a much deeper analysis. Attaining the basic part of the ruling system would be a collapse, it is a setback, it would be a collapse of ethnic character, not to collapse the unitary character of the state of Kosovo, because it is a Ahtisaari plus.

So, it's the country's independence arrival, it's proclaimed, it's approved by its Parliament, we have numerous international recognitions, and right here it should not be allowed to collapse the statehood that has been achieved so far. Therefore, in this process I think it should absolutely be highly aware of the insistence and wisdom to give the answer by the Kosovo delegation, by Prime Minister”, respectively, expressed shy Mr. Sadie. He is not satisfied enough with the course this government is taking in relation to Kosovo's strategic aletat.

We have sometimes seen not entirely rational approach to maintaining a course of friendship, not only as a political course but as a essence, as spirituality with important countries that have been partners of Kosovo, which have supported Kosovo and contributed to independent Kosovo. First for its independence and stability as an important international subject.

Kosovo has closed its status issues. 2010 I consider it to be the culmination of closure with the International Court of Justice's decision, of giving the answer to that question former Foreign Minister Jeremic and Serbia's own state made. The second is Kosovo's strategy, which I think in certain cases is entirely adequate in addition to the processes that have conveyed it, especially in a process of negotiating or renegotiating the new dialogue, which is meant by Serbia, to enter into the part of the collapse of Kosovo's state structure and subjectivity with the effort to name it, and to treat dialogue as something that originally has to do with the resolution of relations between two countries but essential according to Serbia's ambitions has to do with decomposing, compensation and the processes achieved by 2010, as the basis of our divisions of development. And, third, I think we need special attention. Here I fully agree that each of the political elites in power will have a climactic responsibility in their expectations.

And here's room for more attention. Details are important stemming from the Ohrid Agreement, should be analysed and studied more carefully”, the former President Sejdiu responded, giving news that President Osmani, Prime Minister Kurti and none of the former presidents' prime ministers invited him to council on no major political subject. /Kosovo
