MD in preparation for indictment for genocide against Serbia ʹ subminidtre counts political obstacles

Deputy Minister of the Justice Ministry (MD) Vigan Qorrolli, in an interview for Online Economics, said Kosovo institutions every day are collecting materials to document war crimes to indict Serbia for genocide. But that according to him, the genocide indictment cannot be filed because Kosovo is not a member of the International Court of Justice ( And part of the UN.

Corrolled in terms of pre-preparation that the indictment for genocide against Serbia, he said that with the establishment of the Institute for War Crimes would become the collection of facts, which would then lead to the legal drafting of a lawsuit.

He has said that considering that Kosovo is not a member of the GND and the UN is a procedural difficulty to make such a lawsuit, but according to him, preparations have begun and that this will be a medium-term goal.

Annie in this interview also talked about the steps she took The MD to prevent cases of domestic violence and gender-based violence, for which it said that with legislations in power and the harsher punishments, the law-involved institutions would be easier to fight this phenomenon.

Qorroll said that they are aiming to prevent violence through harshness, which, according to him, can be prevented only when people are aware that if they do a work, they will have serious consequences throughout their lives.
