MPs from the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party of Kosovo have sent it to the Constitutional Court for the assessment of constitutionality, even the decision of the Kosovo Parliament on the dismissal of the non-professional member of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, Agron Beka.
This has been confirmed by lawyer Faton Fetah, who is once also the authorised representative of PDK Parliamentary Group deputies.

Otherwise, on December 15th 2023, Kosovo Assembly deputies dismissed Agron Beka from the position of non-professor member of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council. For his dismissal, 62 MPs voted.
After Beka's dismissal, the KKP had also reacted, warning of contesting the decision through legal mechanisms.
