Parliament dismissed Agron Beka, reacts KPK: Trying to take over the most important constitutional institution

The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPK) has charged Kosovo's Parliament with legal violations in the case of Agron Beka's dismissal from the position of the non-prosecutor member of the KKP, as according to this council, the only competent institution based on legislation in force, to consider the eventual violations of members is the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council and its mechanisms.
In a reaction to the media, The KKP emphasises that today's decision by the Kosovo Assembly is a major political attempt to intervene in the current composition of KPK members, creating a false mirror of facts and arguments before public opinion, with the sole aim of preventing the normal functioning of this independent constitutional and legal body.

This intervention for the KKP is a violation of its regular functioning. The KKP, has announced the broad opinion that KPK member Agron Beka has offered a lot of evidence, fully exposing the groundless claims that sent up to this illegal dismissal, so the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, through this public response, finally suggested that all the institutions of the ruling political party are slander, insult and misuse of civic confidence”, are said in response.

The KKP says such a thing is confirmed by today's decision to sack Beka, with no legal argument, but only with the aim of denigration of his image and with the aim of realising their political interests, and all of this after six attempts to put the day in order.

The KKP estimates that Beka has had no remarks in carrying out his task and no violations, and much less procedure, but with his work and demonstrated professionalism has helped the prosecutorial system and the KKP in carrying out constitutional tasks and responsibilities.

Its “Determination is an undeniable evidence that it is trying to take over the most important constitutional institution, which is the foundation for maintaining judicial security in this country. The KKP announces its broad opinion that it will use all its constitutional and legal mechanisms to counter this lawlessness, which today empowered the KKP”, concludes the KP's reaction.
