President Vjosa Osmani, in a part of the speech for the end of the year in the Assembly, said that the Association of Serbian Municipals Association software delivered by our international partners should be delivered to the Constitutional Court.

Kosovo has recently been handed over to a draft statute for Association of Serb-run municipalities, drafted by our partners.

While the designers' assessment is that the draft is in line with the Constitution, I would like to stress that the institution that will make this assessment is the Constitutional Court of Kosovo.

It is important that all of us indiscriminately sit down and jointly prepare our comments based on the concerns we might have and send them to the Constitutional Court whenever the draft is handed over to this institution.

Our goal should be to ensure full compliance with the Constitution of Kosovo and not allow an intermediate power of governance or other abnormalities that endanger the internal functioning of our state.

Apart from continuing consultations with the prime minister and Speaker of the Parliament, I have invited opposition parties to the meeting in order to be unifying on this challenging topic for our country, she said. /Periscope
