Kosovo police have arrested two officials at the Centre for Civil Recording in Obilic, after the same is suspected that by misuse of official office, they have forged official documents, by what means they have enabled the person with initial (F. A.) to be equipped with two other false identities.
The case has occurred this Monday, and according to the media communiqué, police reportedly have been sent to the detention for 48 hours.
Kosovo's “Police, namely the Unit for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption in Pristina, after an investigative work have managed to obtain information and relevant evidence for suspects with initials (A. G.) and (A. G.), officials at the Centre for Civil Recording in Obilic, who allegedly mishandling official duty, have forged official documents, with which cases have enabled the person with initial (F. A.) to equip for two other identities and at that <x> and <4> and then using the same document of the Republic of Kosovo (decent paper) with false literature, and also said in a false statement.
According to police, all investigative actions specified in PTH issued authorisation have been undertaken in the case. Pristina and additional actions that are considered necessary.
“Over the course of time investigators have been in constant consultation with the prosecutor of the case and as a result of the actions taken has come to the conclusion that: As a result of misuse of Authorisations by suspected persons (in excess of their competencies, enabling the person (F.A.) to be equipped with official documents of the Republic of Kosovo as a false identity in two cases and in names such as A.G. and A.R.), without meeting the necessary criteria”, it is said further in the statement.
