Naser Pajaziaj rejects the 61 thousand euros offered in compensation by KDP, requiring 1 million

The damage he claims was caused during the time he faced charges of killing Donjeta Pajaziaj, already released Naser Pajazitaj, estimates he cannot equal 61 thousand and 777 euros and 16 cents.

That is the sum the Kosovo Judiciary Council has decided to repay Naser Pajazitaj after being acquitted.

Tahiri has told television that the indictment will be filed by the end of next week.

And according to former Law Department Director at the Ministry of Justice, attorney Ardian Bayraktari, such cases are not rare.

Pajasitaj was acquitted on April 6th of this year with the Supreme Court's reasoning that there was no direct evidence arguing his guilty.
