On Friday, on December 15th, Sokol Mojacaj, sentenced to life imprisonment and transferred to the 41b regime, shot the other prisoner, Arben Llesh, and injured another convicted, Ilir Shaqjen.
Also arrested for the event were 12 effective inmates of the Pecin prison, including the director, Camber Hoxha.
The approved measures, prison arrest: Sokol Mjacaj, Camber Hoxha, Qani Muca, Nikolin Gjonpali, Arben Dulalari, Ilir Balla, Florenc Mile, Fatos Piraeus, Genc Muca, Clement Haka, Erjon Cilaj, Indri Dubali.
Authorities are investigating the floor of the pay killings, while evidence of detainees and wounded prisoners, Ilir Shaqja, have shed more light on the event.
Indre Shaqja has stated during the interrogation that the entire time she was in prison, twice at the room's door opening, found two handwritten letters, one about four years ago and the other about a year and a half ago, with the same content.
