The Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers has awarded a tender of 74 thousand euros. This contract has to do with an expert's commitment to the WEB, reports Insander.
This minister through yesterday's procurement process (26.12.23) has selected Avdil Krasniqi as an expert, he will receive a monthly salary of 3 thousand and 100 euros.
The same day, again for the WEB, but this time for its development, he tendered another 33 thousand and 600 euros.
The beneficiary of this tender was established Korab Mustafa.
Even a week ago, this minister had hired a software engineering expert.
This ministry through the procurement process had selected Father and Muhhajari as software engineering expert for the Property Tax System.
This expert, committed by the state budget, will be paid 87 thousand and 600 euros for two years of work, which in monthly payments will amount to 3 650 euros per month.
Kurti Government Saga with expert
One of the most controversial experts has been Gani Jakupi for whom Periscop reported exclusively weeks ago. He is receiving 7,500 euros in monthly wages from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Donika Grovall. He lives in Spain, but is engaged by Kosovo Ambassador to Brussels Agron Bajrami as foreign adviser for cultural and media issues.
The five-page contract, containing the main three-sheets and two with one annex-contact, owes Jakup 7,500 euros in monthly pay from Kosovo to engage mainly in meetings with journalists, artists, festival directors, etc.
In addition to the monthly salary, Jakupi is covered by the Republic of Kosovo budget, as well as the expenses of meetings with journalists and artists.
In the basic contract, Gani Jakupi is assigned the scope of meetings with journalists and artists in the states of Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg).
But in the context of the contract, it slightly expands this field of activity and is also assigned: Brussels and Paris.
Insander had reported on Jakup's proximity to high men of power as well as the possibility of conflict of interest between Jakup and Ambassador Bajrami.
